Howard’s Barbershop Teaming Up with Colony Pub for Veterans Fundraiser

Howard’s Barbershop and Aurora Colony Pub are teaming up with the  Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association to help raise money for veteran families for the holiday season.

The Pub will be hosting a fundraising event on Saturday, Nov. 10, at 6 p.m. The event will include raffles, live music and a pool tournament, as well as a cornhole tournament if the weather cooperates. Drink specials for all veterans who attend.

“It’s going to be amazing,” says organizer Nikki Griesenauer, of Howard’s.

The Nov. 10 event will also kick off a toy drive, also benefiting veteran families. Toys will be accepted at both the Pub and Howard’s Barbershop.
