Canby Cougars baseball and softball also kicked their seasons off this past week, though both are unfortunately still searching for their first wins. Baseball lost their only game, Thursday, at home vs. Sheldon by a score of 2-1, while softball lost on the road to Clackamas and at home against Barlow.

This week, the baseball team will see two non-league games in a row, Tuesday and Wednesday against South Eugene and Jesuit. Softball will be back in action on Tuesday and Thursday, first on the road against Lincoln, then back at home against North Medford. Catch the first pitch at 5 p.m.
