Strong showings for Canby’s cross country teams last week as they traveled to Lake Oswego for match-ups against Tigard and St. Mary’s.
Canby proved themselves the best of the bunch, winning the men’s varsity, women’s varsity and men’s junior varsity races overall.
Typically, the women’s team was paced by seniors Izabela Kacalek and Jennifer Torres, who finished second and third.
The men were led by senior Matthew Powell, sophomore Tommy O’Neil and junior Riley Pittman, who came in second, third and fourth.
