The Canby Cougars girls soccer team kept their red-hot start going this week, with wins over Rex Putnam, 7-1, and Wilsonville, 6-2. That makes them 6-0 so far this season. Top performers included senior Claire Wright, who had a hat trick in the win over Putnam and another two against Wilsonville, and freshman Joey Baguio, who netted three in the two games.
They’ll put their winning streak to the test when they face the undefeated Barlow Bruins on Tuesday for their final non-league game of the season.
