Canby Men’s Soccer Has Tough Start to Season under New Head Coach

Canby boys soccer has had a tough start to the year under brand new head coach Ryan McCormack. They’re 0-2 in two non-league matches against Wilson and McNary and were shutout in both games.

Their first league match is Tuesday at Lakeridge, then they’ll be back home on Thursday to face Tualatin. Game starts at 7 p.m.

Girls soccer has fared better, splitting their first two games. The win came in their season opener on the road against Sandy, which the Cougs took, 2-nothing.

Their next test will be another non-league matchup Wednesday against Prairie High School in Vancouver. It’s their only game this week.
