Canby Volleyball Eyes Possible First-Round Home Playoff Match as Regular Season Draws to a Close

It was a busy week for Canby volleyball, as they won both league games against St. Mary’s and Lakeridge, then traveled to West Linn Saturday for a non-league tournament, where they split their matches against Central Catholic and Oregon City.

Only two foes remain on the schedule, as they draw West Linn on the road Tuesday, then wrap up their regular season at home Thursday vs. Tualatin.

As the 15th-ranked team in the state, the Cougars are solidly in the playoffs, but could improve their seeding (and, potentially, even secure a first-round home playoff game) with a couple more wins.
